Please read the following Terms and Conditions for HealthyPink. By using the HealthyPink site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of use.
HealthyPink is a trading name of Emirus Limited.
HeatlhyPink takes reasonable actions to ensure all site content is accurate and of high quality. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in the site. Under no conditions shall HealthyPink be liable for any loss, injury, pecuniary loss or damages (whether direct or indirect), as a result of using the site or its content.
1. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Should any changes be made, we will endeavour to inform you by posting it on the HealthyPink site and/or send you an email notification. It is your responsibility to read the new Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the new Terms & Conditions you must discontinue using the site.
2. Membership
a) You must be aged 18 or over to become a member of HealthyPink.
b) Please ensure all the details you provide are accurate when signing up as a member. You can view and amend your account details in the “My account” section in the Member’s area.
c) Your membership is not automatically renewed. If you wish to extend your membership, you can action this in the “Renew membership” section in the Member’s area.
3. Fees
a) HealthyPink charges a membership fee for the use of its services and holds the right to amend prices at any time. By signing up as a member, you agree to pay HealthyPink the membership fees for the entire period you have chosen as your package; 3 months/6 months / 12 months.
b) Payment can be made by Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo debit cards, Delta, Switch or Mastercard. You will need to enter your card details at the time of registration. The site uses a secure payment method.
c) We do not accept membership refunds. If for any reason, you wish to contact us regarding this matter, please email us on info@healthypink.com
4. Security
When you register with HealthyPink, we will ask you for personal data which we require to process your membership. This will include a password and username which you must keep confidential at all times. HealthyPink are dedicated to protecting your privacy and security at all times.
5. Data Protection
It is your responsibility to ensure that that you give us accurate information and tell us of any changes to them. We comply with all applicable Data Protection laws in the UK. For information on how we will use your data, please read the privacy policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on the HealthyPink website including its design is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce or distribute any content on the HealthyPink website without prior written consent from HealthyPink.
7. Liability
You agree and understand that your use of the HealthyPink web site is at your own risk. We shall not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise arising in connection with this User Agreement or the site for: (i) consequential, indirect or special loss or damage; or (ii) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or (iii) any economic losses (including loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), in each case, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and howsoever incurred.

The information and advice on the HealthyPink website has been designed to help members reach their fitness goals. The site is not intended to be a substitute for treatment or advice prescribed by your physician. You should consult your physician before joining any fitness or diet plan, in particular if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or have a health condition or illness. The use of HealthyPink is intended for adults over 18 years of age.
HealthyPink will in no way be responsible for any injuries or health problems that might occur by using this website and its services. You will be solely responsible for using this site; such use being at your own risk.

The HealthyPink site includes links to other websites. HealthyPink is not responsible for the content on any other websites.
10. Availability of HealthyPink
HealthyPink will use its best endeavours to ensure that the site and service is available 24 hours a day. However, we reserve the right to make Healthypink.com occasionally unavailable should any work need to be carried out on the site. Members will be informed should this occur.
For the purposes of clarity, HealthyPink do not guarantee that the service provided by and content contained within the site will be faultless. Where any such fault exists and is brought to our attention, HealthyPink will use its best endeavours to remedy the fault as soon as it is possible.
